This plan includes:

  • 2 Emergency Exams
  • Needed X-Rays
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments

Benefits include:

  • No Maximum
  • No Deductible
  • No Waiting Period
  • 10% off Restorative Procedures

Plan B: Comprehensive Care

Plan cost: $700 per year

This plan includes:

  • Unlimited Exams
  • Routine Cleanings
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • Needed X-Rays

Benefits includes:

  • No Maximum
  • No Deductible
  • No Waiting Period
  • 15% off Restorative Procedures

Plan C: Denture Care

Plan cost: $150 per year

This plan includes:

  • Dentures-Full Upper and Lower 2 Cleanings/Year
  • 1 Oral Exam
  • 2 Emergency Exams
  • Needed X-Rays

Benefits include:

  • No Deductible
